The Marinco 100A 120/208V Plug Menekes (M5100P9) is a watertight male plug connector with pin and sleeve design, intended for shore power applications. This plug is designed for marine electrical systems requiring a robust and secure three-phase Y connection capable of handling high currents.
Design and Materials
This plug features a housing made of a nylon and ABS blend in yellow, providing resistance to marine environments. The contact carrier is nylon. The contacts are solid brass with nickel plating, and the terminals are stud type with double brass nickel-plated terminal screws, accommodating cables from 1/0 to 3 AWG. The connector can accommodate an outer cable diameter of 0.98" to 1.97".
