Detailed description
Detailed description
The Navico WR10 remote pilot offers a compact and lightweight wireless control solution for your autopilot. It allows you to maintain full control whether you are at the helm, on deck, or anywhere aboard, with an effective range exceeding 30 meters.
Intuitive and complete control
With just 5 buttons, the WR10 remote provides simple and precise control. You can adjust heading in 1° or 10° increments (short/long press), engage the pilot (AUTO), put it on standby (STBY), or change steering modes. Depending on your system configuration, the MODE button allows switching between AUTO mode, WIND mode (for sailboats), or NoDrift. A multicolor LED clearly confirms acceptance or rejection of each command.
Reliable network integration
The system consists of the portable remote and a waterproof base station (IPX7). The remote communicates via low-energy Bluetooth with the base station, which is directly connected to your NMEA 2000 network via a standard Micro-C connector. This architecture ensures a stable connection and low power consumption on the onboard network (<100 mA at 12V DC). A single base station can be paired with up to four WR10 remotes.
Robust marine design
Designed for the marine environment, the remote features dual IPX6 and IPX7 waterproof certifications. It operates on 2 standard AAA batteries. Multiple mounting options are provided, including a lanyard and a wrist strap, ensuring the remote is always within reach. Compared to competing solutions like the Raymarine SmartController, the WR10 stands out for its ease of use and seamless integration with the Navico ecosystem (Simrad, Lowrance, B&G).
