Detailed description
The Rebelcell 12V08 AV (SKU 12008AVREUA) is a compact Li-ion battery presented by the manufacturer for low-consumption devices, including some small 4–5 inch fishfinders, bait boats and mobile alarm systems. It has a nominal voltage of 11.1 V, 8 Ah capacity and 89 Wh nominal energy, with a stated 9.0–12.6 V operating range and maximum continuous discharge current of 10 A. A named device is not automatically compatible: check its accepted voltage range, current draw and connection instructions. This is not a propulsion battery for a kayak motor.
The battery has Faston terminals and an integrated BMS. It measures 151 × 65 × 95 mm and weighs 0.7 kg net, excluding packaging. Rebelcell specifies IP67 but nevertheless advises keeping the battery above or away from standing water, in a protective enclosure where appropriate; do not design for operation while submerged or assume a universal fit. Charge only within 0–45 °C using a recommended Rebelcell 12.6 V XT60 charger, at no more than 4 A, with a suitable Faston lead. Manufacturer warranty: three years.
