Detailed description

The Rebelcell 12V30 AV 2025 model is a compact Li-ion battery rated at 11.1 V nominal and 30 Ah, intended for compatible 12 V fishing electronics after checking each device's input-voltage range. Its net weight is 1.5 kg. It has Faston terminals and a BMS limited to 20 A continuous discharge. The battery is sold on its own, without charger, wiring or circuit protection.

For charging, Rebelcell recommends its 12.6 V / 6 A Li-ion charger. We apply the conservative 6 A limit from the manufacturer's warning, despite conflicting values elsewhere in its documentation. The current product page and family manual also disagree on energy in Wh, so we do not state a Wh figure here. The IP67 rating is not a promise of operation while submerged: keep the battery away from standing water and protect its connections from moisture.

What are the voltage and capacity of the 12V30 AV?

The 2025 model is a Li-ion battery rated at 11.1 V nominal and 30 Ah. Manufacturer sources disagree on energy in Wh; Skysat does not publish a Wh figure until Rebelcell clarifies it.

Will it work with my fish finder?

Only after checking the exact device's input-voltage range, continuous draw and current peaks. Also check the Faston terminals, cable and fuse. No universal compatibility or runtime is guaranteed.

Can it power a Garmin Force Current?

No. It is not offered as a Force Current propulsion battery: its BMS is limited to 20 A continuously, while the Garmin installation requires protection rated for 40 A continuous. Propulsion power must be designed separately.

How much current can the battery supply?

Rebelcell specifies a maximum continuous discharge of 20 A for the 2025 12V30 AV. The fuse must protect the actual circuit and be selected for the device and wiring.

Which charger should I use?

Rebelcell recommends a 12.6 V / 6 A Li-ion charger for this model. Follow the conservative 6 A limit in the manufacturer's warning and check that the connection suits the Faston terminals. Do not use a 14.6 V LiFePO4 charger.

Can the battery be submerged?

No. Rebelcell states IP67 but recommends keeping the battery away from standing water. This rating is not a promise of underwater operation or waterproof cable connections.

What runtime can I expect?
