The HDS-12 PRO from LOWRANCE is a 12-inch fishfinder/GPS combo designed for professional anglers and demanding enthusiasts requiring superior detail and detection performance. This model sits at the top of the HDS range, succeeding the HDS Live series, and directly competes with Garmin's GPSMAP and Raymarine's Axiom series by focusing on the most advanced fishfinder technologies.
High-definition display and intuitive interface
The unit features a 12-inch multitouch screen with a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution. Its brightness exceeding 1200 nits ensures perfect readability even in full sunlight. Wide viewing angles of 85° (up/down, left/right) allow the screen to be viewed from any position on deck. The interface is designed for quick access to essential functions, with customizable pages and quick-access buttons.
Fishfinder performance with Active Imaging HD
This package includes the Active Imaging HD 3-in-1 transducer, which delivers exceptionally clear images in DownScan and SideScan modes thanks to its multiple frequencies (455, 700, 800, 1075, 1200 kHz). In addition to imaging, the HDS-12 PRO is equipped with two independent 9-pin transducer ports, supporting a traditional CHIRP fishfinder (low, medium, high frequency) up to 1 kW power for deep-water detection without requiring an external module.
Complete connectivity and network integration
The HDS-12 PRO is a true control center for your boat. It features two 100BASE-T Ethernet ports for connecting radars, additional displays, or transducer modules. Connectivity also includes an NMEA 2000 port, an NMEA 0183 port, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.2. Inputs for analog video and HDMI allow connection of cameras or other external sources. Data storage is provided by two microSDXC card readers.
Robust design for marine environments
Built to last, the housing is waterproof to IPX6 and IPX7 standards. It withstands harsh sea conditions, with certification for 100,000 shock cycles at 20 G. The operating temperature range is from -15°C to 55°C, ensuring consistent reliability. The unit is powered by 12 V DC, with a maximum consumption of 48 W and protection via a recommended 5 A fuse.
