The safeSEA S200 is an advanced Search and Rescue Transponder (SART). It operates on VHF frequencies within the AIS system (161.975 and 162.025 MHz) and includes a GNSS (GPS) receiver. In distress situations, it transmits your exact position directly to chartplotters and AIS systems on nearby vessels to expedite rescue operations.
