Construction and materials

This water heater features an internal tank made of AISI 316 stainless steel, with a thickness of 1.5 mm, welded under argon atmosphere to ensure high corrosion resistance. The heat exchanger is also made of AISI 316L stainless steel, providing optimized capacity and heat exchange surface for efficient heat recovery from the engine. The electric heating element is made of Incoloy®, an alloy resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. Thermal insulation is provided by rigid closed-cell polyurethane foam injected between the tank and the external composite housing.

Performance and safety

With an electric power of 1,200 W and a voltage of 220 V, the Quick B3 25 L can heat water quickly. It is equipped with an adjustable dual safety thermostat for precise temperature management and protection against overheating. The maximum working pressure is 600 kPa (6 bar), with a factory test pressure of 800 kPa. Water connections have a standard diameter of 1/2 inch, facilitating integration into existing systems. A relief/non-return valve is included for safety and maintenance.
