The Quick BX 100-liter water heater is designed for hot water production aboard vessels and for dockside installations. This cylindrical model integrates materials resistant to marine environments and optimized features.
Construction and performance
Manufactured with a 1.5 mm thick AISI 316L stainless steel tank, welded under argon atmosphere, the Quick BX 100 L water heater ensures high corrosion resistance. Its outer shell is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The unit features a high-capacity AISI 316L heat exchanger and a 1,200 W Incoloy electric heating element, powered at 220 V. An adjustable safety dual-thermostat provides precise temperature control and safe operation.
Insulation and pressure
Thermal insulation is ensured by high-density polyurethane foam injected between the tank and the outer shell, minimizing heat loss. The water heater is designed for a maximum working pressure of 600 kPa (6 bar), with a test pressure of 800 kPa (8 bar). Connections have a diameter of 1/2 inch (12 mm).
Dimensions and installation
With a diameter of 400 mm and a length of 1,105 mm, this 26.4 kg water heater offers a 100-liter capacity. It is supplied with adjustable metal mounting brackets, allowing versatile installation on a flat surface, both horizontally and vertically. A pressure relief/non-return valve is integrated to facilitate draining.
