Which Humminbird fishfinders are compatible with this adapter?

What type of depth sounder can be connected with the AD1429 adapter?

The AD1429 adapter is designed to connect older Humminbird transducers that use a 9-pin connector. It enables their use with SOLIX, APEX, and XPLORE display units.

Does this adapter allow me to add Side Imaging or Down Imaging functions to my depth sounder?

No, the AD1429 adapter cannot add new sonar features such as Side Imaging (SI) or Down Imaging (DI) to your transducer. It is strictly a connectivity adapter. For these functions to be available, your original 9-pin transducer must already support them.
