Year 2023
Project type Offshore racing
Class Class40

Skysat designed and installed the entire onboard electrical, electronic and computer system: alternator with custom mechanical mount, solar panels, fuel cell, Madintec autopilot line, data switching and EmpireBus electrical distribution.

During a return convoy after a transatlantic race, the boat was struck by lightning. The Skysat team rebuilt the entire installation in two weeks in a commando-style mission, allowing the project to resume on schedule.
