Designed for demanding industrial and marine environments, the Nexans TITANEX H07RN-F 5G1.5 cable is a flexible and robust electrical connection solution. This cable has 5 bare copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² each, with core identification compliant with European harmonization HD308 S2 (blue, brown, black, gray, green/yellow). It is approved for a nominal voltage of 450/750V in mobile use and 0.6/1kV in fixed installation, with a permissible current of 23 A in open air.
Technical performance and durability
The TITANEX H07RN-F 5G1.5 stands out for its sheath and insulation made of cross-linked elastomer, offering mechanical impact resistance AG3 and very high flexibility (class 5 for conductors). It supports operating temperatures from -25 to 55 °C and a maximum conductor temperature of 90 °C in service, and up to 250 °C in short-circuit. Its design ensures good resistance to chemicals, oils, vibrations, and UV rays, allowing outdoor installation without additional protection. Its fire performance is classified Eca according to EN 50575:2014+A1:2016 and it is flame-retardant (IEC 60332-1, C2).
Versatile installation
This cable complies with standards EN 50525-2-21, HD 516, IEC 60245-4 type 66, and NF C32-102-4, and is lead-free (RoHS compliant). It can be installed on cable trays, shelves, inside conduits, fixed to walls, and even submerged with additional mechanical protection. Its dynamic bending radius is 6 to 8 times its outer diameter (86.4 mm minimum for an average diameter of 14.4 mm), and static bending radius is 3 to 4 times depending on diameter, ensuring adaptability to various configurations. The TITANEX H07RN-F is a recognized reference for over 50 years, guaranteeing reliable installations in demanding contexts, similar to industrial cables of the H07RN-F type from other manufacturers, but with the renowned robustness of the Nexans TITANEX range.
