The AC ANTENNAS CX4 1.26 m fibre VHF antenna is designed for professional marine and land communications. Manufactured with high-quality materials, it delivers reliable performance for demanding applications. Technical specifications

The CX4 operates in the frequency range of 146.0 to 162.5 MHz with a gain of 0 dBd / 3 dB Marine. Its Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) is less than 1.5:1, and its nominal impedance is 50 Ohm. It handles a maximum input power of 100 Watts and features vertical polarization with a UHF-Female connector. The antenna also includes a DC short-circuit for protection. Weighing 0.50 kg (excluding mount), it is made of fibreglass with a white polyurethane lacquer finish.

Design and durability

This omnidirectional dipole antenna ensures uniform signal reception and transmission. Its construction incorporates brass radiating elements to prevent galvanic corrosion. The crimping technology used in its manufacturing makes it 4 to 5 times more resistant than conventional methods. The CX4 is designed to withstand harsh environments, with a survival wind speed of 45 m/s (101 mph) and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +60°C.
