Designed for marine applications, the ACR RCL95 floodlight features 10 LEDs delivering 50W, producing a peak output of 460 000 candelas. This lighting system operates on 12/24V DC with a current draw of 4 amps at 12V or 2 amps at 24V. The LEDs are rated for 50 000 hours of operation.
Lighting performance and optics
The RCL95 is equipped with 10 high-flux OSRAM LEDs, providing a luminous intensity of 460 000 candelas and a maximum range of 1 372 meters (0.7 nautical mile) with an 8-degree beam angle. Continuous 360° rotation operates at 19° per second in fast mode and 12° per second in slow mode. Tilt range is 135° (90° up and 45° down from the initial position) with an elevation speed of 11° per second. An internal elevation mechanism ensures precise beam height control while protecting the mechanism from weather exposure.
Design and marine-grade durability
The floodlight housing is constructed from Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate (ASA), a UV- and weather-resistant material. The housing is sealed for enhanced protection. It carries an IP56 rating for the housing and IP68 for the LED module, ensuring water resistance. Dimensions are 15 x 18 x 19 cm (H x W x D) and weight is 1.9 kg. Operating temperature range is -30°C to +70°C.
Ordering options and installation
The ACR RCL95 floodlight is supplied with two control options: a handheld wireless remote and a wired dashboard-mounted joystick with a 5-meter cable. Installation is simplified by a straightforward 12–24V power connection. The "auto-home return" feature returns the floodlight to a preset position when powered off. The controller includes surge protection electronics.
