Designed for robust power distribution, the BEP 777-BB4S-500-B busbar is a key component for marine and RV electrical systems. With a 500-amp capacity and four 8mm (5/16") stainless steel studs, it allows reliable connections for multiple high-power consumers. Its design supports 50V DC, and the conductor is made of tinned copper CDA102, known for its conductivity and oxidation resistance. The base is made of fiber-reinforced plastic, providing mechanical and chemical resistance suitable for marine environments. Its compact dimensions of 98mm x 49mm x 60mm optimize installation space on board.
System integration and protection
The BEP Pro Installer busbar integrates a transparent polycarbonate protective cover, insulating and protecting connections on three sides. This cover features clip-off skirts that facilitate cable routing, offering flexibility in wiring. The rounded ends of the busbar also improve cable management. The long threaded studs allow connection of up to four large-section cable lugs, ensuring secure and durable connections.
Marine durability design
The design of this busbar emphasizes corrosion prevention, a critical factor in marine environments.
