The Blue Sea Systems 360 DC 12-position panel with circuit breakers (CLB V) is a modular electrical distribution solution designed for 12V DC marine systems. It features 12 branch circuit positions, ensuring efficient management and protection of onboard power.

Circuit design and protection

This panel operates at a nominal voltage of 12V DC, with a maximum amperage capacity ranging from 90A to 120A, depending on configuration and wiring. It is equipped with 12 circuit breakers, often push-button models rated at 10A or 15A with quick reset, or flat rocker-style breakers from the A series. Each circuit is controlled by an ON-OFF SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) rocker switch, providing individual control.

Modularity and durability

The 360 system stands out for its open architecture and modular design, allowing customization, reconfiguration, and future modifications without requiring a full panel replacement. For durability, it is made with corrosion-resistant materials and nickel-plated copper alloy conductive components, suitable for marine environments. The panel measures approximately 197 mm (7.75 in) in height, 235 mm (9.25 in) in width, and between 89 and 102 mm (3.5 to 4.0 in) in depth.

Visibility and installation

Visibility is ensured by backlit label positions for clear circuit identification, even in low light. LEDs or indicator lights display the status of each circuit. A set of square-format labels is included. Installation is simplified by flat rocker actuators for a modern aesthetic and protection against accidental activation, snap-in end plates that conceal mounting screws, and flexible orientation.
