The CZone Control X Plus (80-911-0230-01) interface is a digital switching module designed for marine installations and specialized vehicles. It features MOSFET switching technology for reliable circuit management, characterized by silent operation and a smaller footprint compared to traditional relay-based systems. The module is housed in an IPx7-rated enclosure and is ignition-protected, making it suitable for demanding environments.
Switching and Control Capabilities
The Control X Plus provides 27 configurable input and output channels, allowing adaptation to specific installation requirements. It supports control of two reversible motors and includes two RGBW lighting zones for customized lighting ambiance management, with dimming, effects, and sequence functions. The module also features a dual-speed wiper motor controller capable of synchronizing up to eight motors with three configurable intermittent timing settings.
System Integration and Monitoring
This module offers NMEA 2000 connectivity via a Micro-C CAN port, facilitating integration into existing networks. It provides current monitoring on all output channels with a configurable software fuse, eliminating the need for physical fuses. The Control X Plus supports automatic bilge pump operation detection and allows adding inputs for tank probes or voltage monitoring. Its power supply ranges from 9 to 32V, and it consumes less than 5mA in standby mode. Its dimensions are 246.5 mm x 137.4 mm x 54.0 mm and it weighs 810g.
