Designed to modernize and centralize marine electrical systems, the CZone Control X PLUS digital switching module with connectors (part number 80-911-0230-00) integrates advanced circuit management and network connectivity. This module is a solution for installations requiring high flexibility and precise control of onboard equipment.
Digital power management
The Control X PLUS features 27 configurable input and output channels, allowing adaptation to various electrical needs. It incorporates MOSFET static switching technology for improved reliability and silent operation. Current monitoring is available on all output channels, with software-configurable fuse protection via the CZone configuration tool, eliminating the need for traditional physical fuses. A reverse voltage feedback detection function on the output channels monitors external circuit activation, useful for automatic bilge pump alerts, for example. Power is supplied via a positive M6 (1/4") terminal with a range of 9 to 32V, and maximum consumption is 200mA (less than 5mA in standby mode).
Advanced control features
This module offers control for two RGBW zones for lighting, enabling color selection, brightness adjustments, and various lighting effects. It also includes control for two reversing motors via H-bridge outputs. For windshield wipers, the Control X PLUS provides a dual-speed motor controller with synchronization for up to 8 motors and three configurable intermittent timer settings, including a braking option for compatible wiper motors. NMEA 2000 connectivity (1 Micro-C CAN port, 1 LEN) ensures seamless integration into existing marine networks. A capacitive touch panel allows electronic bypass of circuits for direct control.

The CZone Control X PLUS is designed for the marine environment with IPx7 protection, allowing installation in various environments (provided it is mounted vertically on a bulkhead or flat). It is spark-proof and holds CE, RCM, NMEA 2000, and UK-CA certifications. Its dimensions are 246.5 mm (w) x 137.4 mm (h) x 54.0 mm (d), and it weighs 810g. Its footprint is reduced compared to traditional relays. Molded Deutsch connectors are included for secure and reliable connections. The operating temperature range is from -15°C to +55°C.
