The Garmin i-Connect SUPRA THX/TIX 010-04358-00 installation kit is an essential component for controlling Lumishore bi-color underwater lights from the THX and TIX series. It also offers optional compatibility with SMX54 bi-color lights. Designed for simplified integration and centralized management, this kit allows you to control up to four projectors per hub, with the possibility of installing up to 16 hubs per boat for THX/TIX systems (up to 64 lights) and up to 4 hubs for SMX systems (up to 16 lights) for extended lighting configurations.
Features and Technical Performance
This kit operates within a voltage range of 10.5 to 31V DC, with a maximum input current of 40 A and a maximum output current of 10 A per connected light. The design ensures IP68 protection against dust and prolonged immersion, ensuring reliability in marine environments. Installation is simplified with plug-and-play connections and field-installable IP68 connectors. For safety, integrated and replaceable blade fuses are included for each individual light. Power can be supplied from a DC source or an AC/DC power supply, with an AC hub option available for THX/TIX systems.
Advanced Integration and Control
The kit includes a control switch to toggle between different lighting modes, including colors, strobe effects, and fade transitions. For more sophisticated control, the system is fully compatible with certified multifunction displays (MFD), including Garmin OneHelm™ MFDs, by adding a SUPRA Bridge module (sold separately). Each light connection on the hub has a status LED for quick diagnostics. Full light synchronization, an integrated noise filter, and reverse polarity protection complete the technical features of this system, ensuring stable and secure operation.
