The Integrel Dual E-Drive 30 kW system, reference ISP30DE, is an integrated propulsion and electric power generation solution designed for demanding marine applications. This device combines two 15 kW e-drive motors, delivering a combined output of 30 kW, to provide versatility in auxiliary propulsion or electric power production.
Architecture of the Integrel Dual E-Drive 30 kW system
The ISP30DE system consists of two 15 kW e-drive motors each, paired with two dedicated controllers for independent or synchronized operation. The user interface is provided by a square display and a round display, enabling monitoring and control of operating parameters. Two Curtis motors are also included, completing the propulsion assembly. For energy optimization, three battery bank sensors are integrated, ensuring precise management of battery banks. Connectivity is centralized via a splitter junction box.
Integration and adaptability
Mechanical integration of the Integrel Dual E-Drive 30 kW system is facilitated by the inclusion of two engine adapter plates and two adapter plates for reverse gear or saildrive. This modularity allows the system to be adapted to various existing propulsion configurations. A VC20 selector is included for managing the thermal engine and the e-drive system, providing operational flexibility to switch between propulsion or power generation modes. This system serves as an alternative to traditional high-output alternators, such as those offered by competing brands in the marine hybrid systems sector, by providing a dual, complete solution for vessels requiring high energy availability and power redundancy.
