The Integrel mounting bracket for VOLVO D2-40 (reference ISP0006) is an essential component designed to integrate Integrel’s E-Power energy generation system with Volvo Penta D2-40 marine engines. This custom bracket enables the D2-40 engine, rated at 29.1 kW (39.6 hp), to operate as a 48V onboard generator producing up to 9 kW.
E-Power system integration
Integrating the E-Power system via this bracket optimizes onboard energy generation. The E-Power system consists of an engine-mounted generator (OEG), two intelligent controllers configured to synchronize the engine and battery system, an Integrel display for engine and battery data visualization, and a Smart Switch for energy and data transfer. The system is designed for automatic management of production, storage, conversion, and distribution of electrical energy.
