The Lowrance Active Imaging HD 3-in-1 FishReveal (dual) transducer integrates advanced sonar technologies for fish detection and underwater structure identification. This transducer combines Lowrance CHIRP sonar, SideScan imaging, and DownScan imaging, providing a comprehensive view of the underwater environment.
High-Definition Imaging and Sonar Features
Designed for image clarity, the Active Imaging HD 3-in-1 FishReveal (dual) transducer delivers SideScan and DownScan views in high definition (up to 1.2 MHz depending on frequencies). The Lowrance CHIRP sonar ensures target separation and clarity for identifying fish, structures, and the seabed. The DownScan HD imaging provides photo-realistic images of underwater structures, while the SideScan HD is suited for scanning large areas for fish-holding structures and exploring shallow zones. The FishReveal™ feature simplifies fish identification by overlaying CHIRP sonar targets on high-resolution DownScan views. A SideScan FishReveal view is also available, requiring the optional S3100 sonar module.
Technical Specifications and Compatibility
This transducer supports various frequencies: CHIRP (83/200 kHz for Medium and High CHIRP) and SideScan/DownScan (700/1200 kHz or 455/1075 kHz, as well as 455/800 kHz or 455/1.2 MHz). It offers a maximum depth of 91 meters (300 feet) in DownScan and SideScan at 455 kHz, and 46 meters (150 feet) in SideScan at 800 kHz. The operating speed for DownScan and SideScan is 9 knots (10 mph), while for traditional sonar it reaches 48 knots (55 mph). The transducer’s design is optimized to maintain bottom tracking at speeds above 50 mph.
The transducer is directly compatible with Lowrance HDS PRO displays. For Lowrance HDS LIVE, HDS Carbon, Elite FS displays, and Simrad NSS evo3S, NSS evo3, NSO evo3s, and NSX series (as well as directly compatible Simrad NSS 4), an S3100 sonar module is required for Active Imaging HD features.
Installation and Operating Conditions
The transducer is designed for through-hull installation (dual). It comes with a mounting kit including two #10x1-1/4" backplate mounting screws, two flat washers #10, two M6 flange-head assembly bolts, two M6 flange nuts, six M4 transducer mounting screws, six M4 lock washers, and two cable ties. Mounting options include the transom, transom skirt, jackplate, and direct transom-skirt mounting (requires a Skimmer transducer recessed kit, sold separately). The transducer operates in a temperature range from -15 °C to +55 °C and can be stored from -30 °C to +70 °C. Cable length is 7.6 m (25 ft) or 1.8 m (6 ft).
