Designed for sport fishing, the Lowrance HDS PRO 10" fishfinder, part number 000-15985-001, is a high-end chartplotter and fishfinder combination. It features a 10" SolarMAX™ HD touchscreen with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels and brightness exceeding 1200 Nits for optimal visibility from all angles, even in direct sunlight and with polarized sunglasses. This model represents an evolution of the HDS Live series, with a faster processor and improved sonar imaging capabilities, targeting demanding anglers.
Advanced Sonar and Imaging Capabilities
The HDS PRO 10" is equipped with an internal 1 kW CHIRP fishfinder and comes with the Active Imaging HD 3-in-1 transducer. This transducer delivers ultra-high-definition views of structures and fish using SideScan and DownScan Imaging™ technologies at 1.2 MHz, complemented by Lowrance CHIRP sonar. The maximum supported depth is 1524 meters (5000 feet), depending on the transducer used. The HDS PRO is also compatible with real-time ActiveTarget® 2 sonar (optional transducer), allowing anglers to observe fish reactions to lures. The FishReveal™ feature is extended to include SideScan views, making target identification more intuitive than DownScan-only systems. It can also handle two ActiveTarget systems simultaneously for multiple views such as 180 View and Scout Wide View.
Extended Navigation and Connectivity
Featuring a 10 Hz GPS antenna for precise positioning, this combination unit comes preloaded with C-MAP® DISCOVER OnBoard charts, including 1-foot contours for many U.S. and Canadian lakes or a basic world map. It supports real-time mapping with C-MAP® Genesis Live. Connectivity is provided via NMEA 2000®, NMEA 0183®, Wi-Fi® 802.11b/g/n, and Bluetooth® 5.2. It includes two Ethernet ports, two 9-pin transducer ports, and two microSD® SDXC card slots, enabling full integration with onboard systems such as Power-Pole® anchors, Ghost® electric motors, and Lowrance autopilots. Programmable buttons provide quick access to essential functions, and new chart overlay options are available for ActiveTarget® Scout mode and Ghost® 360 motor.
