The light can be mounted on the transom, hull sides, or boat bottom, at a recommended depth of 100 to 300 mm below the minimum waterline. It is controllable via a simple standard on/off switch. For non-conductive hulls, a ground connection is required (via the housing connection). This product is not suitable for conductive hulls, including wood and fiberglass.
