Fluid level sensor with NMEA 2000 interface

The Navico 000-11518-001 fluid level interface is a compact and essential gateway for modernizing your vessel's instrumentation. It converts the analog signal from a standard resistive tank level sensor into digital data usable on a NMEA 2000 network. This conversion allows you to eliminate traditional analog gauges and centralize all fluid level information directly on your multifunction displays (MFDs).

Universal NMEA 2000 Network Integration

Designed for maximum compatibility, this interface integrates seamlessly into any existing NMEA 2000 network. It is particularly optimized for Navico ecosystems (Simrad, Lowrance, B&G), but works with any NMEA 2000 certified multifunction display, including those from Garmin or Raymarine. Once connected, it allows you to configure the fluid type (fuel, fresh water, waste water, oil), tank capacity, and instance number directly from your MFD, offering total flexibility for monitoring multiple tanks.

Compatibility and Installation

This module is compatible with most resistive level sensors on the market, whether they are American type (240-33 Ohms) or European type (0-190 Ohms). Installation is simple: the interface connects to the NMEA 2000 backbone via a standard T-connector (not supplied) and connects to the two wires of your existing tank sensor. This approach significantly simplifies wiring by avoiding the need to run new lines to the console.
