The Navico TotalScan L/H 455/800 through-hull depth sounder is an all-in-one solution designed to provide complete sonar capabilities from a single unit. It integrates multiple sonar technologies, making it a versatile option for anglers and navigators.
Integrated Sonar Technologies
This depth sounder combines Broadband Sonar, CHIRP Sonar (low and high frequencies), StructureScan® HD, and DownScan™ Imaging technologies. It supports frequencies of 50/200 kHz for Broadband Sonar and CHIRP, as well as 455/800 kHz for StructureScan®. This versatility allows for precise details of the seabed and underwater structures.
Performance and Compatibility
The TotalScan L/H 455/800 depth sounder offers a maximum depth of 3,000 feet (approximately 914 meters) for low/high-frequency CHIRP, and up to 300 feet (approximately 91 meters) for StructureScan® and DownScan™. The StructureScan® side imaging range reaches 182 meters (92 meters on each side) at 455 kHz and 60 meters (30 meters on each side) at 800 kHz, for effective detection of objects and fish. An integrated water temperature sensor is included.
Designed for through-hull installation, it is compatible with flat hulls or those with a deadrise angle of up to 5 degrees with the included fairing block. With this same block, it can adapt to deadrise angles up to 22 degrees. The depth sounder is equipped with a 24-foot cable and a 9-pin connector, ensuring extensive compatibility with Navico displays featuring integrated StructureScan HD, such as the Elite-7 Ti, Elite-5 Ti, GO5 XSE, GO7 XSE, HDS Gen3, Simrad NSO, and the NSS evo2 and evo3 series.
