The Raymarine D005 is a 76 mm (3") pushrod extension for Raymarine tiller drive autopilot actuators.

Pushrod extension for tiller drive

This part extends the actuator pushrod to achieve the correct distance between the mounting bracket and the tiller pin. In Raymarine document 87279-3-EN, it corresponds to a dimension C of 699 mm.

Mounting compatibility

This extension is used in Raymarine tiller drive autopilot installations (ST1000/ST2000, ST1000+/ST2000+, Evolution Tiller Drive) depending on cockpit configuration and dimensions specified in the manual.

If this measurement is incorrect, the ram may operate under stress or lack stroke.
