The Raymarine D006 is a 102 mm (4") pushrod extension for Raymarine tiller drive autopilot actuators.

This part extends the autopilot cylinder rod to achieve the correct distance between the mounting bushing and the tiller pin. In Raymarine’s 87279-3-EN manual, it corresponds to a dimension C of 724 mm.

Mounting compatibility

This extension is used in Raymarine tiller drive autopilot installations (ST1000/ST2000, ST1000+/ST2000+, and Evolution Tiller Drive) depending on cockpit configuration and manual dimensions.

Before ordering, measure the actual distance between the fixed point of the cylinder and the attachment point on the tiller. If the offset to correct is vertical, consider the D009, D010, D011, D159, or D160 brackets/elbows instead of a pushrod extension.

If this measurement is incorrect, the ram may be under stress or lack travel.
