The Simrad MO19-T is a 19-inch multi-touch monitor designed for "glass bridge" installations in marine environments. It features a panoramic HD display with 1366 x 768 resolution and 1000-nit brightness, ensuring optimal visibility in bright sunlight or indoor conditions.
Connectivity and Integration
This monitor includes HDMI, DVI, and two composite video inputs (BNC), providing versatile connectivity. It is designed to work with Simrad "glass bridge" systems and can also serve as an additional display for other compatible Simrad devices or HDMI-capable equipment. For chartplotter, fishfinder, or radar functionality, a Simrad NSO evo2 marine processor and accessories are required. NMEA 2000 connectivity allows control of Simrad backlighting.
Design and Installation
With a flush-mount profile of just 8 mm, the MO19-T integrates discreetly into consoles or dashboards. It ships with silver and black trim options. Installation is simplified by front-mounting capability. Touch menu controls are integrated directly into the glass front bezel. The monitor supports 12 V DC power (10.8–18 V DC) with a maximum consumption of 40 W. Water resistance is rated IPX6 and IPX7 when flush-mounted, and IPX2 at the rear. It operates within a temperature range of -15°C to 55°C and withstands shocks and vibrations up to 100,000 cycles at 20 G.
