Detailed description
Detailed description
Designed for through-hull installation in fiberglass or wooden hulls, the XSONIC Airmar B75M (0°) is an underwater detection solution. It provides depth and water temperature data using CHIRP mid-band technology.
Advanced CHIRP performance
With 600 W power, this transducer operates on a CHIRP mid-band frequency range from 80 kHz to 130 kHz, offering a total bandwidth of 50 kHz. This technology delivers superior resolution and detail compared to traditional single-frequency transducers, making it easier to distinguish baitfish, gamefish, and underwater structures. The beam angle ranges from 24° to 16°, ensuring coverage suited to different depths.
Capabilities and Integration
The XSONIC Airmar B75M (0°) can reach a maximum depth of 274 meters (900 feet). Its 0° tilted element is specifically designed for hulls with a deadrise angle of 0° to 7°, ensuring optimal beam orientation directly beneath the boat. The bronze housing is suitable for fiberglass or wooden hulls. It features a 9-pin connector and a 10-meter (33-foot) cable.
Design and Compatibility
Its low-profile through-hull design ensures good resolution at high speeds. The integrated Xducer ID® technology enables automatic recognition by compatible Airmar systems, simplifying setup and eliminating the need for manual calibration. Weighing 1.4 kg, it is recommended for boats up to 8 meters (25 feet) in length, particularly center-console boats. The required hole diameter is 70 mm (2-13/16 inches).
