LED izzók és LED szalagok hajóra: válassz a használat szerint

Ez a gyűjtemény olyan LED megoldásokat tartalmaz, amelyekkel cserélhető egy meglévő izzó, vagy finom vonalú megvilágítás adható a fedélzeten, illetve homogénabb világítás teremthető a fedélzeten. A megfelelő választás négy fő szemponttól függ: az izzó foglalatától vagy formájától, a rendelkezésre álló feszültségtől, a vízzárási fokozattól és a fény színétől.

Létező izzó cseréje

Egyszerű felújításhoz először azonosítsa a lámpatest foglalatát: BA15D, BAY15D, G4, MR16 vagy egyéb forma. Ellenőrizze ezután a fedélzeti feszültséget, a lámpatestben vagy mennyezeti lámpában rendelkezésre álló teret, majd a kívánt fényerőt. Túl erős izzó vakító lehet a kabinban; túl gyenge pedig kényelmetlen lehet az asztali térképek vagy technikai zónák megvilágításánál.

A mintapéldányok közé tartozik a BA15D foglalatú LED izzó 210 lumen fehér meleg fénnyel, a BAY15D foglalatú LED izzó 210 lumen fehér meleg fénnyel vagy a G4 foglalatú függőleges LED izzó 3100K fehér meleg fénnyel 9–30 V DC, amelyek különböző foglalatúak, különböző fényszóró irányúak és különböző méretűek a lámpatestben.

LED szalagok: ragasztós, COB vagy neon

A ragasztós LED szalagok ideálisak közvetett megvilágításhoz, például bútorok alatt, korlát mögött, ládában vagy a bimini mentén. A COB verziók folyamatos fényvonalat biztosítanak, kevesebb látható ponttal. A 1 méteres COB LED szalag IP20 fehér meleg fény 24 V DC beltéri, védett telepítésre alkalmas, míg a 12 V DC-es COB LED szalag IP68 fehér meleg fény vagy a 24 V DC-es COB LED szalag IP68 fehér meleg fény 1000 lm inkább nedvességnek kitett területekre ajánlott.

A neon LED szalagok, például a 1 méteres neon LED szalag IP68 12 V DC, folyamatosabb fényeloszlást és lágyabb vizuális megjelenést biztosítanak. Fejlettebb világítási rendszerekhez a Garmin LUX szalagok, például a LUX SL180 CRGBW 300 mm vagy a LUX SNL180 Neon Flex 1000 mm segítségével testreszabható színek és szabályozható fehér fény érhető el, zárt hosszúságú szalagokon.

IP fokozat, feszültség és telepítés

IP20 fokozat csak száraz, védett beltéri területeken elegendő. Ládákban, lejáratoknál, a cockpitban vagy nedvességnek kitett területeken IP65, IP67 vagy IP68 fokozatot válasszon az expozíciótól függően. A feszültség is fontos: egy 12 V-os rendszer nem fogad be 24 V-os szalagot konverter nélkül, és egy hosszú szalag nagyobb teljesítményt igényel egy egyszerű izzónál. Ellenőrizze a méterenkénti teljesítményt, a kábel keresztmetszetét és a kör védelmét.

A profilok javítják a megjelenést és mechanikai védelmet nyújtanak a szalagnak. A kiemelkedő LED profil látható telepítést tesz lehetővé bútorok alatt vagy a fedélzeti nyílás alatt, míg a besüllyesztett LED profil tisztább integrációt biztosít, ha a szerkezet lehetővé teszi.

Hangulat, a hajó zónái és vezérlés

A fehér meleg fény kényelmes a kabinokban és a lakóterületeken. A fehér semleges vagy hideg fény inkább a technikai zónákban, előkészületeknél vagy a láthatóság növelésénél hasznos. A piros, kék vagy CRGBW elsősorban a hangulatvilágításhoz vagy bizonyos éjszakai használatokhoz ajánlott. A telepítés kiegészítéséhez tekintse meg a kabinvilágítás, udvariasság-világítás, bimini-világítás és világításvezérlés gyűjteményeket is.

Megrendelés előtt ellenőrizendő: foglalat vagy forma, 12/24 V feszültség, hossz, IP fokozat, fény színe, méterenkénti teljesítmény, rögzítési mód és a kábelezés hozzáférhetősége. Ezek a pontok elkerülik a legtöbb kompatibilitási hibát egy LED felújítás során a fedélzeten.
