Okablowanie elektryczne decyduje o niezawodności całej instalacji pokładowej. Prawidłowe podejście polega na dobraniu odpowiedniego przekroju przewodów, wyborze właściwych zabezpieczeń, a następnie starannym wykonaniu połączeń i przejść przez grodzie.

  • Przewody — przekrój, długość, liczba żył, giętkość i odporność na warunki środowiskowe.
  • Łączówki i połączenia — czyste zaciskanie, osłony termokurczliwe, zaciski i oznakowanie obwodów.
  • Bezpieczniki i rozdzielnica — zabezpieczenie blisko źródła, odpowiednie prądy znamionowe i dostępne listwy rozdzielcze.
  • Przepusty kablowe — szczelność i utrzymanie mechaniczne w strefach narażonych na działanie czynników zewnętrznych.
