Tablice elektryczne okrętowe do obwodów 12/24 V

Tablica elektryczna konsoli sterowniczej grupuje komendy, zabezpieczenia i wskaźniki niezbędne do prawidłowej eksploatacji obwodów pokładowych. Może sterować oświetleniem, pompami, elektroniką, gniazdami serwisowymi lub akcesoriami kokpitu, zapewniając jednocześnie czytelną wizualizację instalacji.

Panele z wyłącznikami i przełącznikami automatycznymi wodoszczelnymi

Panele z wyłącznikami automatycznymi łączą funkcję sterowania i zabezpieczenia każdego obwodu. Gama obejmuje szare tablice odporne na wodę, takie jak szare tablice z wyłącznikami automatycznymi wodoszczelnymi, wersje WeatherDeck w kolorze szarym oraz panele Contura w wersji wodoszczelnej. W zależności od liczby obwodów dostępne są także wersje WeatherDeck: 4 pozycje, 6 pozycji lub 8 pozycji.

Dla odmiennej estetyki lub montażu panele Contura występują w wersjach czarnych i białych, takich jak 4 pozycje biały, 8 pozycji biały, 4 pozycje czarny i 8 pozycji czarny.

Tablice z bezpiecznikami i rozdzielnice prądu stałego (DC)

Tablice z bezpiecznikami są przeznaczone do obwodów, w których wymagana jest wymienna ochrona i oddzielne sterowanie. Szare tablice z bezpiecznikami WeatherDeck obejmują montaż wodoszczelny, z wariantami 4 pozycje, 6 pozycji i 8 pozycji. Do tablic głównych lub pomocniczych służą: tradycyjna metalowa rozdzielnica prądu stałego 8 pozycji, przełącznik 12 pozycji CLB z licznikiem kwadratowym, 6 pozycji – szary łupkowy lub tablica elektryczna 12 V DC 4 pozycje do strukturyzacji rozdzielnicy prądu stałego.

Panele akcesoriów, USB i dedykowane komendy

Niektóre panele zawierają wbudowane gniazdo 12 V, ładowarkę USB lub funkcję specjalistyczną. Wodoszczelny panel przełączników z wyłącznikami automatycznymi – szary, 4 pozycje + gniazdo 12 V i podwójna ładowarka USB łączy przełączniki, gniazdo 12 V i podwójną ładowarkę USB, natomiast wodoszczelne panele akcesoriów – wyłącznik 15 A, gniazdo 12 V, podwójna ładowarka USB 2,1 A łączą wyłącznik, gniazdo 12 V i ładowarkę USB. 3 pozycje – szary łupkowy nadaje się do małych podtablic, a tablica komend 3 pozycje 24 V 10 A odpowiada dedykowanej potrzebie sterowania pompą zęzową.

Akcesoria identyfikacji i konserwacji

Czytelna tablica jest łatwiejsza w utrzymaniu. Zestaw etykiet prądu stałego wodoszczelnych – 30 kwadratowych czarnych etykiet V1 ułatwia identyfikację obwodów, natomiast wskaźniki LED 12/24 V do tablic, zielone lub czerwone służą do sygnalizacji stanu lub alarmu. Do instalacji BEP służy tablica 8 wyłączników automatycznych jednobiegunowych w układzie poziomym 12 V uzupełniając ofertę tablic z wyłącznikami automatycznymi.

Jak wybrać tablicę elektryczną

Przed wyborem należy sporządzić listę obwodów do sterowania, natężenie każdego obwodu, napięcie 12 lub 24 V, rodzaj wymaganej ochrony, poziom wodoszczelności, lokalizację oraz dostępną przestrzeń za panelem. Do wymiarowania całej instalacji warto również zapoznać się z kolekcjami: Wyłączniki automatyczne, Bezpieczniki, Przełączniki i gniazda, USB, Ładowarki, Okablowanie elektryczne i Elektryka.
