Faste og bærbare VHF-radioer: vælg den rigtige løsning
Valget mellem en fast og en bærbar VHF afhænger af din sejltype og dine specifikke behov. Faste VHF-radioer tilbyder større rækkevidde og nem integration med andet navigationsudstyr, mens bærbare VHF-radioer tilbyder fleksibilitet og kan fungere som en backup-løsning i tilfælde af strømsvigt. AIS: identificer og bliv identificeret
AIS (Automatic Identification System) er et automatisk transmissionssystem, der gør det muligt at identificere skibe og spore deres position i realtid. Det forbedrer sikkerheden til søs markant ved at give afgørende information om andre skibe i nærheden, såsom deres navn, kurs, hastighed og status. Valget af en klasse A eller klasse B AIS-transponder afhænger af størrelsen på dit fartøj og sejladsområdet.
VHF- og AIS-antenner: optimer rækkevidden
Ydeevnen af dit VHF/AIS-system afhænger i høj grad af antennens kvalitet. En velvalgt og korrekt installeret antenne maksimerer kommunikationsrækkevidden og klarheden. Det er vigtigt at tage højde for antennens længde, dens gain og impedans, samt kvaliteten af det koaksiale kabel, der bruges til forbindelsen.
