Designed for applications requiring reliable and durable power, the RELiON RB48V25 battery is a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) solution rated at 51.2V and 25 Ah. It delivers a stable 1280 Wh output, suitable for solar power systems and recreational vehicles. With dimensions of 260 mm (L) x 168 mm (W) x 210 mm (H) and a weight of 12.5 kg, it offers compact and lightweight integration.
Performance and Autonomy
The RELiON RB48V25 battery stands out for its ability to deliver 100% of its rated capacity, unlike lead-acid batteries. Its integrated battery management system (BMS) protects against overcharging, deep discharge, overcurrent, and short circuits, ensuring safe use and extended lifespan. It offers a lifespan up to 10 times longer than lead-acid batteries, retaining 80% of its rated capacity after 2,000 cycles.
Advanced Technical Features
This LiFePO4 battery features 99% efficiency and a low self-discharge rate (<3% per month). It supports a maximum continuous discharge current of 20 A and a peak current of 25 A (for 4 ±1 seconds). Charging is fast, achievable in 1 to 3 hours, with a recommended charging current of 1.25 A to 12.5 A and a maximum charging current of 20 A. The recommended charging voltage is 56.0 V to 58.4 V. The housing is made of ABS with an IP66 protection rating, ensuring resistance to harsh environments and performance across varied temperature conditions, up to 65°C.
