Quentin Le Nabour
Quentin Le Nabour, born on November 7, 1988, in Saint-Malo, is a professional sailor. Son of a mariner, mentored from age 13 by Franck-Yves Escoffier (boat and crew preparation), he started young in the Saint-Malo offshore racing ecosystem.
Professional since 2007, Quentin built his experience as a preparator and crew chief on top-tier boats: trimaran Crêpes Whaou (2002), trimaran Sergio Tacchini, Laiterie de Saint-Malo (2006), then successive boat captain on the trimaran Laiterie Mont-Saint-Michel, the A40 RC Batistyl, the TP52s Paprec Recyclage and Teasing Machine, and the project Groupama 3.
Since 2024, exclusive skipper of the Class 40 Bleu Blanc Planète Location (FRA 205), first example of the new Mach 40.6 series (Sam Manuard / JPS Production). Training base: La Trinité-sur-Mer.
Achievements: 38th Solitaire Afflelou Le Figaro 2007 and Figaro Bénéteau II record with Servane Escoffier; 1st Middle Sea Race Overall 2022, Mediterranean Double Champion 2022; 1st RORC Transatlantic 2023, 1st RORC Caribbean 600 IRC0 2023, 12th Rolex Sydney Hobart 2023; 1st Spi Ouest-France BPGO 2024, 2nd Drheam Cup 2024, abandon Transat CIC 2024 (bowsprit fracture); 7th Les Sables-Horta-Les Sables 2025, 8th Rolex Fastnet Race 2025, 5th Transat Café L'Or 2025.
2026 program: Trin'40, Armen Race, CIC Normandy Channel Race, Drheam Cup, 40 Malouine, and Route du Rhum-Destination Guadeloupe.
