SR Structures is a British boatyard specializing in the construction of high-performance sailboats in composite materials, based in Lymington (Hampshire, UK). Founded in 2023 by Sam Pellow and Ross Hotchkiss, two recognized experts in composite construction, the yard is located in the former premises of Green Marine and employs around 15 specialists in advanced composite construction. SR Structures positions itself as a key player for offshore racing sailboats and high-end cruiser-racer projects, benefiting from the British nautical ecosystem (Solent, proximity to equipment suppliers, skippers, and designers).
The yard masters all advanced composite construction processes: vacuum epoxy resin infusion, hand lay-up, prepreg carbon structures, and has recognized expertise in the construction, modification, and repair of racing sailboats (Volvo Ocean Race, TP52, IMOCA 60, Class40). SR Structures' capabilities include the production of integral prepreg carbon racing sailboats, large complex composite structures, and epoxy-infused boats of varying sizes.
