40-foot (12.15 m) monohull, David Raison design, built byGepeto Composite in Lorient La Base. Launched on26 April 2024. Direct successor to Class 40 #158 (Raison 2019, first scow in the class), sharing the same Crédit Mutuel programme.
Compared to #158, the hull has been stretched along the centerline with increased forward beam to plane earlier and reduce bow-dive while reaching.
Structural innovation: three longitudinal bulkheads (« longitudinal stringers ») running from bow to stern, from hull to deck, replacing part of traditional transverse bulkheads. The boat is divided into three longitudinal sections; improved slamming impact resistance with comparable structural weight.
