Gepeto Composite — high-performance composite yard, Lorient La Base
Founded in 2000 and based at the historic Lorient La Base site, Gepeto Composite occupies 1,500 m² of workshops equipped for all composite material fabrication techniques. The yard has established itself as a French reference for building offshore race hulls in both monolithic and sandwich construction, with rare versatility spanning one-off prototypes and small production runs.
Expertise
Specializing in vacuum infusion and carbon-epoxy composites, Gepeto works for Class 40, IMOCA, Mini, multihull, and cruising catamaran teams. The yard controls the entire process: molding, structure, appendages, fittings, and painting.
