Music, even at 20 knots. Marine audio has two enemies: corrosion and wind noise. Installing a standard car radio on a boat is a costly mistake (it will rust in 6 months). We only offer "True Marine" equipment, with tropicalized circuits and waterproof membranes.
Find our equipment for sound systems in every area of the shore:
-
Sources & Radio Stations: The heart of the system. Our models (Apollo RA770, RA210 series) feature DSP (Digital Signal Processing) to optimize sound according to the environment and can be controlled from your tracker or smartphone.
-
Speakers: In-wall or box-type, coaxial or component. They are certified to withstand UV rays and sea spray.
-
Amplifiers & Subwoofers: Essential on motorboats or large sailboats to ensure that the sound remains clear and audible despite the noise of the engine and the wind.
-
Audio accessories: Shielded cables, remote controls and protective covers.
💬 The Workshop's Opinion: "Car Audio" has no place on a boat. Beyond waterproofing, the great strength of modern systems (like Fusion) is NMEA 2000 integration. Once connected to the onboard network, your radio disappears: you control the music, volume, and zones directly from the touchscreen of your GPS (Garmin, B&G, Raymarine) at the helm, without having to go down to the saloon.
