Fabien Delahaye, born on July 7, 1984 in Rouen, is a Norman offshore racing skipper. Trained in sailing at Ouistreham (Optimist, 420, 470) before joining the French Youth Team and transitioning to offshore racing on the Figaro Bénéteau.

Career

Selected as Macif Skipper in late 2011 (Figaro skipper training). In 2015, he joined Jean-Pierre Dick’s team on the IMOCA St-Michel-Virbac (Transat Jacques-Vabre 2015, retired due to structural issues). Co-skipper for Holcim-PRB in The Ocean Race 2022-2023. Member of the Vendée Globe Race Management.

Class 40 Legallais (since April 2023)

Skipper of the Class 40 Legallais (FRA 199, Marc Lombard design) since April 2023, partnership renewed for two years in 2024.
