Delivery zones
SKYSAT currently delivers to mainland France and to the European Union.
Deliveries to the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) and to international destinations (outside the EU) will be available soon. Contact us if you have a specific requirement: sav@skysat.fr.

The carrier is selected based on the weight, dimensions, and nature of the ordered products. SKYSAT chooses the most suitable carrier for your order. When multiple options are available, you can select your preferred delivery method during checkout.
Delivery times
The times below are estimates from the date of dispatch. The order processing time (preparation, restocking if necessary) is in addition to the transit time.

If your order includes products with different availability times, the entire order will be shipped once all products are available, unless you specify otherwise.

These times are indicative and may vary depending on carrier conditions, exact destination, and peak activity periods.
Order tracking
A shipping confirmation email is sent as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, including:
- the tracking number;
- the carrier’s name;
- a direct link to track your parcel.
You can also monitor your order status via your account on the Site.
Delivery fees
Private customers (B2C)
Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight and volume of the ordered products. They are displayed before you finalize your order.
Free delivery in mainland France for orders over or equal to €100 incl. VAT (excluding products requiring special transport).
This threshold may change. The applicable threshold is the one displayed when you finalize your order.
Business customers (B2B)
Delivery fees are calculated based on weight, volume, and order value. Free shipping conditions are provided in the Pro Space.
Heavy, bulky, or special transport items
Some products require specific transport due to their weight, size, or nature. This includes:
- Windlasses and bow thrusters
- Generators
- Desalination systems
- Large radar antennas
- Rigid solar panels
- High-capacity batteries (palletized)
For these products:
- delivery is handled by a specialized carrier (France Alliance or equivalent);
- delivery is made by appointment ;
- a transport surcharge may apply (indicated before order confirmation);
- the delivery location must be accessible to the delivery vehicle;
- you must have the necessary unloading equipment (hand truck, dock, or the driver’s tailgate unloading option if available).
If delivery is impossible due to your circumstances (insufficient access, missed appointment), storage and redelivery fees will be charged to you.
Batteries and dangerous goods
Lithium-ion and lithium-polymer batteries (Victron Energy, Mastervolt, MG Energy, etc.) are classified as dangerous goods. Their transport is subject to specific regulations (ADR/IATA), which may result in:
- restrictions on destinations (some areas or carriers cannot transport these products);
- additional transport fees due to regulatory packaging and labeling;
- extended delivery times in some cases.
Any such restrictions are indicated on the product page and/or when you finalize your order.
Fuel cells (e.g., EFOY) and their methanol cartridges are also classified as dangerous goods and can only be shipped by land.
Receiving inspection
Upon receipt of your parcel, we recommend that you:
- Inspect the parcel in the presence of the driver before signing the delivery note;
- If the parcel is damaged: file precise and detailed reservations on the delivery note (« crushed carton on the right side », « wet packaging », etc.) — do NOT sign « subject to unpacking » without details;
- Open the parcel and verify that the contents match your order (quantity, references, product condition);
- If a product is missing, damaged, or non-compliant: contact us within 72 hours at sav@skysat.fr with:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- photos of the parcel and the damaged product.
Without reservations filed within 72 hours of receipt, products are deemed compliant with the order and free of apparent defects.
Delivery delays
If your order is not delivered within the indicated times:
- Contact us at sav@skysat.fr — we will follow up with the carrier;
- If the delay exceeds 30 days from the delivery date indicated at checkout, you may issue a formal demand for delivery within a reasonable additional timeframe;
- If delivery still does not occur after this period, you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund within 14 days.
Closure periods
SKYSAT may occasionally close its premises (holidays, inventory). During these periods, orders continue to be accepted but processing and dispatch are suspended. A notification is displayed on the Site in case of prolonged closures likely to affect delivery times.
International delivery (outside the EU)
SKYSAT now ships to the United Kingdom and the United States in addition to France and the European Union. Delivery conditions, fees, and customs formalities vary by destination.
United Kingdom
- Carrier: DHL Express Worldwide
- Timeframe: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
- Fees: €40 (≤ 1 kg) · €85 (1–5 kg) · €150 (5–10 kg) · €250 (10–25 kg) · €315 (> 25 kg)
- Customs conditions: DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipment. UK VAT (20%), duties, and customs clearance fees are collected by the carrier at delivery on behalf of HMRC. These fees are not included in the price.

United States
- Carrier: DHL Express Worldwide
- Timeframe: 7 to 10 business days after dispatch
- Fees: $45 (≤ 1 kg) · $95 (1–5 kg) · $165 (5–10 kg) · $280 (10–25 kg) · $350 (> 25 kg)
- Customs conditions: DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipment. Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are collected by the carrier at delivery on behalf of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). These fees are not included in the price.
- Restricted products: certain marine radio equipment (VHF, AIS, EPIRB, PLB, AIS-SART) cannot be sold in the United States due to FCC / NOAA / U.S. Coast Guard compliance requirements.
