Detailed description
Detailed description
The Nexans H07RN-F TITANEX cable, with its 2.5 mm² conductors, is a solution designed for demanding environments. Part of the H07RN-F flexible rubber cable range, it is recognized for its mechanical performance and resistance to harsh conditions, whether industrial, port-related, or event-based. This cable complies with EN 50525-2-21, HD 516, IEC 60245-4 type 66, and NF C32-102-4 standards, and meets the European directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS).
Design and technical performance
The TITANEX H07RN-F features bare copper conductors of flexibility class 5, insulated and sheathed with a special cross-linked elastomer in black. This composition gives it high flexibility and excellent crush resistance (AG3 rating), as well as good resistance to chemicals, oils, and vibrations. The cable is lead-free. It is designed to limit the generation and spread of fire and smoke, with a fire reaction class of Eca according to EN 50575:2014+A1:2016 and is flame-retardant according to IEC 60332-1 and NF C 32-070/C2.
Applications and installation
This cable is suitable for fixed and mobile installations, with a nominal voltage of 450/750V in mobile use and 0.6/1kV in fixed use. Its maximum conductor temperature is 90°C in continuous service. The TITANEX H07RN-F can be laid on cable trays, shelves, inside conduits, or fixed to walls. It can also be installed outdoors without protection thanks to its UV resistance, and submerged with additional mechanical protection. Its flexibility allows a dynamic bending radius of 6 to 8 times its outer diameter and a static bending radius of 3 or 4 times, depending on the diameter, facilitating routing in confined spaces. The presence of a green/yellow (G) conductor ensures electrical protection.
