The AC Antennas N285F ball joint is a robust mounting solution designed for installing antennas and other marine equipment on any flat surface. Made from chrome-plated brass, it ensures durability and resistance to harsh marine environments, preventing galvanic corrosion.
Design and adjustability
This four-axis ball joint mount allows quick and easy adjustment of tilt and rotation for the mounted equipment. Its design enables users to optimize the positioning of the antenna or other devices in multiple directions. Dimensions are 0.07 m (H) x 0.10 m (W) x 0.16 m (L) with a weight of approximately 1.00 kg to 1.10 kg.
Installation and compatibility
The AC Antennas N285F features a 1"-14 TPI (Threads Per Inch) male thread for broad compatibility. It includes a through-hole to allow RG58C/U cable routing. Designed for deck or bulkhead mounting, it is compatible with all AC Antennas products equipped with a 1"-14 internal thread, as well as standard GPS antennas with the same internal thread.
