Designed for precise monitoring of marine power systems, the Blue Sea Systems P12 BATTERY OLED remote control (reference 7517-BSS) provides a clear and intuitive readout interface. This remote display is compatible with all Blue Sea Systems P12 battery chargers, enabling full integration into the charging system.
Display and Features
Featuring a 55 mm x 28 mm yellow OLED screen, this display ensures optimal readability even in bright daylight. It provides a graphical representation of voltage for one to three battery banks with ± 1% accuracy at 36 V DC. When connected to a P12 charger, it displays a summary screen showing voltage, the current charging stage, and any system faults. Clear fault messages and intuitive diagnostic screens facilitate quick troubleshooting.
Design and Technical Specifications
With an input voltage range of 6 to 36 V DC and a maximum consumption of 50 mA (less than 1 mA in standby mode), this remote control is designed for energy efficiency. Compliance with IP66 ensures protection against powerful water jets and dust, making it suitable for demanding marine environments. The display can show voltage bars even without AC power and offers screen configurations selectable via DIP switch. An optional sleep mode turns off the screen after 4 hours of inactivity, and an integrated shock sensor enables automatic activation via motion, contributing to energy savings.
