The C-MAP DISCOVER X - INDIA, SRI LANKA, MALDIVES electronic navigation chart is a next-generation chart designed to provide a complete and intuitive navigation experience. It offers detailed mapping of the regions of India, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives, with a refreshed and dynamic presentation.
Advanced vector charting and high-resolution bathymetry
This product integrates next-generation vector charts, providing precise details for route planning and execution. It includes high-resolution bathymetry (HRB) with detailed contours down to 1 foot, enhanced by Genesis® social chart data. The customizable depth shading feature allows users to set a safety depth and create color schemes for optimized navigation or fishing. Day and night modes are optimized for visibility in various lighting conditions.
Navigation features and system integration
The C-MAP DISCOVER X chart features an intuitive chart inspection tool for quick access to information. It provides detailed water level projections and tide and current data for accurate planning. The subscription-free Autorouting function automatically calculates the shortest and safest route based on chart data and vessel information. Precise details on ports and approaches, including berth locations and regulated zones of thousands of marinas, simplify navigation in unfamiliar areas. This product includes 12 months of free online updates.
Compatibility and mobile access
This microSD chart is compatible with Simrad® and B&G® chartplotters running the NEON™ operating system. It supports models such as Simrad® NSX®, NSX Ultrawide, NSS® 4, NSO® 4, as well as B&G® Zeus® S, Zeus S Ultrawide, Zeus SR, and Zeus SRX. Its integration with C-MAP®, Simrad®, and B&G® Companion apps enables trip planning, route review, and waypoint marking on mobile devices, with direct synchronization to the chartplotter. The purchase includes 12 months of premium access to the C-MAP® app, unlocking features such as GPS position, 5-day weather forecasts along the route, and anchor alerts. Note that REVEAL X charts offer additional layers like shaded relief and satellite overlay.
