The Clarion CMSP-771RGB-SWG flush-mount marine speakers are designed to deliver high-quality audio and visual experience in marine environments. These 7.7-inch (195 mm) coaxial speakers feature customizable RGB LED lighting to adapt the onboard ambiance. They are engineered specifically to withstand harsh maritime conditions.
Audio Design
Each speaker is a 2-way coaxial model. Power handling is 60 watts RMS per speaker (120 watts per pair), with a peak power of 200 watts per speaker. The frequency response ranges from 45 Hz to 20,000 Hz, with a sensitivity of 88 dB and an impedance of 4 ohms. The 7.7-inch woofer features a mica-filled injection-molded polypropylene cone and synthetic rubber surround, delivering stronger bass output than 6.5-inch models. The 1-inch (25 mm) tweeter is a silk dome mounted on a bridge, equipped with a neodymium magnet and ferrofluid cooling for clear high-frequency reproduction.
Marine Durability and RGB Lighting
These speakers are "Salt and Sun Certified," confirming resistance to UV rays, salt, mist, and moisture. Their construction includes UV- and corrosion-resistant plastic baskets and grilles, as well as sealed audio and lighting connectors. A liquid drainage system prevents water buildup. The frame is reinforced with a robust die-cast aluminum basket. The integrated RGB LED lighting allows for customizable onboard ambiance. The LED functionality requires a separate 12 V wiring harness per speaker and supports up to seven fixed colors. An RGB lighting controller (sold separately) is required for adjustable color control. The product ships with sport grilles in white and metallic gray for aesthetic options.
