The 50ST20 hydraulic ram, for which this kit is designed, is suitable for sailboats over 44 feet. It delivers a thrust of 700 kg and a maximum torque of 200 mkg, with a 300 mm stroke. Available in 12 Vdc and 24 Vdc versions, this linear ram features a compact design.

Integration and Installation of the 50ST20

The 50ST20 ram includes an electric bypass. Its design allows direct mounting on the tiller quadrant. Installation options are flexible, permitting attachment to the floor, ceiling, or bulkhead. For operation, a separate fixed-flow reversible pump is required and can be installed at a chosen location on board. The ram is supplied pre-assembled and bled, including a 1.20-meter flexible hose.
