Specifically designed for the DFF3D sonar system, the FURUNO TM54 depth sounder is a compact multi-beam transducer made of plastic. This transom-mount model includes integrated temperature and motion sensors for accurate and stabilized underwater data acquisition, even in rough sea conditions.

The FURUNO TM54 depth sounder operates at a frequency of 165 kHz, optimized for the DFF3D sonar. It provides a lateral beam width of 120° and a longitudinal beam width of 10°, enabling an extended and detailed view of the underwater environment. Design and installation
The TM54 transducer is designed for transom mounting, facilitating installation on a variety of vessels.
