Detailed description
Detailed description
The Fusion Signature Series SG-DA51600 marine amplifier is a 5-channel Class-D audio solution designed for demanding marine environments. It delivers 1,600 watts peak power and 850 watts total RMS power. Its Class-D design ensures energy efficiency, minimizing battery drain while maximizing audio output.
Audio performance and flexibility
This amplifier provides RMS power of 80 watts x 4 channels and 250 watts x 1 channel at 4 ohms, with 1% THD+N. For 2-ohm configurations, it delivers 130 watts x 4 channels and 330 watts x 1 channel. It also supports bridged configuration of 250 watts RMS x 2 channels at 4 ohms, in addition to a 250-watt RMS subwoofer channel at 4 ohms. The frequency response ranges from 10 Hz to 50 kHz, covering a wide audio spectrum. It features variable low-pass and high-pass filters (32-320 Hz) and a subsonic filter, complemented by bass boost adjustment.
True-Marine™ design and robustness
Incorporating the True-Marine™ design philosophy, the Fusion SG-DA51600 is tested to withstand salt fog, temperature variations, vibrations, and UV exposure. Its printed circuits are coated for enhanced protection against marine elements. The heat sink is made of die-cast aluminum alloy with optimized fin layout for efficient thermal dissipation. The control panel is concealed and protected by a stainless steel cover with mirror finish. The amplifier includes 5-way circuit protection, including thermal protection, reverse polarity, DC offset, high and low voltage. It operates within a temperature range of 0°C to +50°C. It features RCA line-level inputs and dual 40-amp fuses.
