Designed for marine navigation, the Garmin charging cradle for Cortex® H1P handheld (010-13268-10) is a dedicated mounting and charging solution for the Garmin Cortex H1P portable handheld. It ensures the handheld remains secure and operational, even in rough seas.
Integration and Power Supply
This cradle is compatible with 12V or 24V DC marine electrical systems, requiring a 12V power supply. Its nominal consumption is 200mA, with a maximum of 1A. The cradle is pre-wired for direct integration into the boat's electrical circuit.
Marine Design and Features
Made from corrosion-resistant materials, this cradle is built to withstand exposure to saltwater, humidity, and UV rays, ensuring durability in a marine environment. It features charging pins for a direct connection, eliminating the need for separate cables. The cradle design provides stable mounting for the H1P handheld, with an easy-release tab for quick access. The charging system is optimized to prevent discharge of the handheld’s battery during storage and extend its lifespan. Once charged, the Cortex H1P handheld offers over 12 hours of battery life and recharges fully in 2 hours. It is waterproof (IPX7) and features a 4-inch touchscreen with Gorilla Glass.
